Whether we ship by land, sea, or air, you will never have to worry when ATM deliverers your custom aquarium and filtration system to you. Our 3 stage packing process, along with our quality control team, ensures the best possible shipping available. We carefully wrap your aquarium in plastic wrap and foam board and then build a crate that’s specifically sized to protect your tank. We also add metal bands to the crate for extra security. If a metal stand is to accompany the shipment we insure the stands safety by strapping it with metal bands to a wooden pallet. On larger tanks that are not built onsite, we utilize a complete shipping container.
We use Tip n Tell and Drop n Tell devices attached to the outside of the crate to insure that the carriers are extra protective of your valuable shipment. So, to be safe, be sure to inspect your shipment upon arrival and before signing. If you discover any exterior damage, or if the Drop n Tell shows a blue arrow or the Tip n Tell arrow point is blue, contact the carrier immediately and note any damages on the manifest. And have the driver sign that he is in receipt of a list of damages. When and if you do experience a problem you can contact us and we will help you with the process. It will help us if you specify the need for a lift gate, and whether it’s being delivered to your residence or place of work.
